In January-April 2022, Azerbaijan generated 618.8 million kWh of electricity from renewable energy sources, up 59.6 million kWh or 10.7% from the previous year.
Electricity production up 3.3% this year in Azerbaijan
According to operational data for January-April this year, compared to the same period last year, electricity production in Azerbaijan increased by 3.3% and reached 9240.1 million kWh, exports amounted to 518.6 million kWh and imports made 40.7 million kWh.
