Azerbaijan shipped more than 281,055 tons of crude oil to France from January to October 2025, valued at over $143 million, according to the State Customs Committee, as reported by Report.
This represents a 3.1-fold increase in volume and a 2.5-fold rise in value compared to the same period in 2024. French imports accounted for 1.35% of Azerbaijan’s total crude oil exports during the period.
Overall, Azerbaijan exported over 20.754 million tons of crude oil and bituminous mineral-derived petroleum products, generating approximately $10.850 billion in the first ten months of 2025.
The country’s total foreign trade turnover reached $40.862 billion, with exports at $21.637 billion and imports at $19.225 billion.
