In the first three months of this year, Azərenerji ASC generated a total of 6.0768 billion kWh of electricity.
According to operational data released by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, this represents a decrease of 308.2 million kWh, or 4.8%, compared to the same period last year.
In terms of the generation structure, 5.5586 billion kWh was produced by thermal power plants (down 3.2%), 508.1 million kWh by hydroelectric power plants (down 21.2%), and 10.1 million kWh by solar power plants (down 26.8%).
