Since becoming operational until July of this year, the "Mishni" small hydroelectric plant, located on the Hochaz River – the largest tributary of the Hakari River in the Lachin district – has generated 64.3 million kWh of electricity, while the "Alkhasli" small hydroelectric plant has produced 42.2 million kWh, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Energy.
It was noted that on 25 August 2023, the "Mishni" small hydroelectric plant with a capacity of 8.25 MW and the "Alkhasli" plant with a capacity of 6 MW were commissioned on the Hochaz River in Lachin.
