The OPEC + ministerial conference lasted only about half an hour. According to its results, the countries - the parties to the agreement, as expected, approved an increase in oil production in February by 400,000 barrels daily. Azerbaijan supported the organization's decision, the country's Ministry of Energy told Report.
The new "Declaration of Cooperation" increases daily oil production in Azerbaijan by another 7,000 barrels to 668,000 barrels in February 2022. The obligation to reduce is envisaged at the level of 50,000 barrels.
