Description of Project
The overall objective of the project is to support the development of a policy, legal, and regulatory framework to enable private sector investment in its power sector. Enabling private sector participation in Azerbaijan’s power sector will assist the government in meeting the significant investment requirements for the sector, improve overall sector efficiency, and provide a basis to assess potential future power sector reforms.

Services Provided

1. prepare and implement a community and stakeholder engagement plan;
2. participate in the working group and prepare working group meeting minutes;
3. prepare a project review report;
4. draft, review, and update of appropriate sections of the reports and presentations;
5. arrangement of workshops;
6. participate in all stakeholder meetings as requested by the Team Leader; and
7. any other reporting requirements as agreed with the Team Leader.
